Meet Jordan and Tara, the pair that made this all possible!
Tara began her journey in the food industry at just 13 years old and became an entrepreneurial asset to El Paso in 2017 when she founded NOSH at Montecillo.
Alongside her husband Jordan, who proudly ran a successful food truck for years, Tara strives to build the highest rated and most well known catering business in the El Paso region.
Event Manager
Meet Claudia, our event manager! Claudia is a woman of many talents, she oversees the design, set-up, and execution of our events. She is an expert at attending to our VIP guest’s. In her spare time she enjoys baking sugar free treats and spending time with her family. She also helps plan our staff outings! Thank you for all you do for our team!
Event Coordinator
Samantha is our Event Coordinator, but she is here for all of your event planning needs! She prides herself on her attention to detail, organization and ability to predict our clients' needs.
She fell in love with the hospitality industry over 10 years ago and has held roles ranging from library science, hotels, vacation rental management, resort management, bookkeeping, data analytics and so much more! In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, baking, painting, hiking and relaxing with her pup.
Kitchen Manager
Meet Chef Gil! He has an astounding 18 years of experience in the culinary arts and specializes in Asian cuisine.
He loves being a part of a business that is willing to prepare all types of cuisine from all over the world.
In his spare time he enjoys trying new Italian recipes, listening to DJ Fisher and spending time with his daughter.
Sous Chef and Pastry Lead
Adan is one of the newer members of the team but already has an amazing 16 years experience in the food and beverage industry!
He especially enjoys Chinese cuisine and sushi. In his spare time he listens to Taking Back Sunday and enjoys painting.
